Gary has conducted over 3000 auctions since the incorporation of Worstell Auction Company in 1994. He is a third generation auctioneer, graduated from Fort Smith Auction School in 1974, and completed his appraisal certification from Missouri Auction School. Gary has prepared and apprenticed over 10 Auctioneers, and several more auction staff which has led to many additions to the Texas Auction Industry. Some of his memberships include The Texas Auctioneers Association, The National Auctioneers Association, and The Certified Appraisers Guild.

Tim has been in the auction business for majority of his life along side his father. Tim obtained his Professional Ringman's certification at the Professional Ringman's Institute in Springfield, IL, and his auctioneer licenses at the Texas Auctioneer Association in Dallas, TX. Tim is a supervisor here at Worstell Auction Co. He specializes in Electronics and Computer Equipment.

David began his career with Worstell Auction Company in 2006 as a ring-man and auctioneer. David partnered with Gary to create Worstell's on-line department in 2007, and acquired his graduate Personal Property Appraiser's Certification in 2008, with universities, school districts, municipalities, restaurants, estates, and more. He is a board member of the Texas Auctioneer's Association, member of the National Auctioneers Association, and a member of Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Rick has been in the Industrial Surplus business since 1981. He has been in the auction industry since 1995. He earned his auctioneers license in 2004, after training at the Texas Auction Academy. Rick is a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association.

Paul has been in the auction industry for over 30 years in various capacities. His specialties include general merchandise, storage merchandise, and most importantly, container and palletized surplus. Paul has been in the jewelry business over 10 years and is GIA certified with precious and semi-precious stones, Rolex, as well as gold and silver. He is also the general manager at Worstell Auction Company.

Hector began working as a ring-man for Gary in 2000. He earned his auctioneers license at Missouri Auction School in 2002. Hector's background in the shipping industry and marine surveying gives him a greater understanding of the warehouse's need to liquidate. He specializes in automobiles, trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, collector cars, motorcycles, and charitable benefits. Hector is a member of the Texas Auctioneer's Association. He is fluent in Spanish, and is a bilingual auctioneer.

Mark has been in the auction business over 30 years. His affiliation with Gary Worstell started in the 90's, teaming up every second Saturday of the month on Team #1. Mark specializes in real estate, exotic animals, general merchandise, and benefit auctions.

Philip has been auctioneering with Gary Worstell since they graduated together from Fort Smith Auction School in 1974. Philip specializes in fleet vehicles , general merchandise, corporate furniture, and charity auctions. He is a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association.

Mark graduated from Missouri Auction School in 1976 as a licensed auctioneer. Mark began his career with Worstell Auction Company in 2010 as a ring-man and auctioneer. He is a member of the Texas Auctioneer's Association, served on BOD for Texas Auctioneers Association, and Texas State Senior Champion Auctioneer.
